Our products allow for every member of the family to experience affordable pampering every day.
As Ghana’s leading local cosmetics manufacturing company, Ghandour Cosmetics has been catering to the beauty and personal care needs of families for 25 years. Today, we provide job opportunities for 600 employees and serve over 20 million consumers in 15 countries across Africa with 17 brands. We have also supported over 10,000 Ghanaians through our corporate social responsibility initiatives.

OUR HISTORY
The story of Ghandour Cosmetics began with the shared vision of 3 Ghandour brothers to establish a cosmetic company that provides quality and affordable products dedicated to African beauty. Stationed in different countries, they embarked on a search across West Africa for a hub to operate from. Ghana was the last country they visited in 1995 and aside from being favorable, welcoming, and safe, it instinctively felt like home.
Driven by passion and determination, the brothers combined their knowledge and experience in the cosmetic industry to begin operations in early 1997, creating iconic products such as Cynthia and La Perla.
Ghandour Cosmetics was instrumental in driving affinity for Made-in-Ghana cosmetic products between 1997-1999, when it was unpopular and till today uses the tag line “Proudly Ghanaian”.
From humble beginnings, in a small 600sqm space at North Industrial Area in Accra, Ghana, Ghandour Cosmetics has built a formidable brand that exudes confidence in African beauty.

OUR PEOPLE
Ghandour Cosmetics has a total of 600 staff. Our culture and values are centered around customer satisfaction and delivering on quality. Our people thrive on honesty, discipline, hard work, teamwork, and consistent training to drive creativity and improvement in ourselves, our operations and technology. From ideation to the technical lab, production to packaging, marketing to distribution, we are conscious about our customer’s wellbeing in providing their beauty needs. We work to earn their loyalty by providing them with safe, quality products that give them confidence every day.

Ghandour Cosmetics is proud to introduce The GC Brand, which is the new and improved face of its product line. The GC Brand’s beauty and personal care product portfolio is segmented into Skin Care, Hair Care, Baby Care and Hygiene with 17 brands in 12 categories, all of which are ethically made.
